Day 2 - And cheating already


So my goal was to stay under 2000 calories. That did not happen today. In the past I would have eaten much more but its not how I am going to get to a better weight. Here is my day:

2PM 
Breakfast:
Raison clusters with milk about 250 cals
8 oz Red bull 110 cals




8PM
Lunch
2 slices of cheese and chicken rolled up. like a sandwich without the bread. 320 cals
Red bull 110 cals

9:30PM
Dinner
Trenta Green iced tea (3 pumps sweet about 80 cals) 
Chipotle burrito I only had about 3 quarters of it so I am going to take off for that. 640 cals (chipotlefan.com)
Chipotle chips and Guacamole I had about half a bag 350 cals (chipotlefan.com)




Total calories used: 
about 2210
