Day 2 - And cheating already


So my goal was to stay under 2000 calories. That did not happen today. In the past I would have eaten much more but its not how I am going to get to a better weight. Here is my day:

2PM 
Breakfast:
Raison clusters with milk about 250 cals
8 oz Red bull 110 cals




8PM
Lunch
2 slices of cheese and chicken rolled up. like a sandwich without the bread. 320 cals
Red bull 110 cals

9:30PM
Dinner
Trenta Green iced tea (3 pumps sweet about 80 cals) 
Chipotle burrito I only had about 3 quarters of it so I am going to take off for that. 640 cals (chipotlefan.com)
Chipotle chips and Guacamole I had about half a bag 350 cals (chipotlefan.com)




Total calories used: 
about 2210

Day 1 - In the beginning I was hungry

I am Chris. Today I came to the realization that I am killing myself. I got on the scale and see 278.5 lbs. GASP! I was 250 lbs about a year ago and pre kids (10 years ago) I was at 200 lbs. I talk about a diet and I say im going to exercise but I would make an excuse every time. 

Presently working 3rd shift as a prepress manager/operator/retoucher. I also do design on the side. I sit in a seat about 65 hours a week. That is the #1 excuse for no exercise and eating out. 

Logging my meals every day will Hopefully make me cheat less and be accountable for the bad decisions I have been making. I think it will take some time before I get a good system for eating healthy and working out. I need to find a way to break my love for Red Bull.

Breakfast:
2 - 100 cal granola bars
8 oz Red bull 110 cals

6PM
Lunch
Meatless two bean tacos. 3 tacos about 300 cals each

9:30PM
Snack
Carrots about 50 cals
Red bull 110 cals

11PM
Dinner
Trenta Green iced tea (3 pumps sweet about 80 cals) 
Salad with 2 slices of cheese and chicken light Italian dressing about 450 cals
